D. A. Davidson Companies, one of the nation's leading regional financial services holding companies has released their second quarter, 2010 summary report of financial performance for banks in the state from data provided quarterly by the FDIC and Federal Reserve. The summary report only includes community banks headquartered in the state and County Commerce Bank, Ventura County's award winning bank is the highest rated bank headquartered in Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties. Joseph D. Kreutz, President and Chief Executive Officer stated “D. A. Davidson issues ratings based on financial data including ROA, ROE.
