Gary M. Horgan, Esq. is an attorney who has specialized in representing financial institutions since 1974. Mr. Horgan's firm, Horgan, Rosen, Beckham & Coren L.L.P., represents some 35 community banks in California and Nevada and has served as legal counsel for a number of de novo institutions.

Mr. Horgan lives in Ojai where his wife, Mary Sue Horgan, is a member of the City Council and serves on various County government committees. Mr. Horgan served on the Board of Trustees of Monica Ros School from 2000 to 2006.  Mr. Horgan and his wife are involved with various civic and philanthropic organizations in Ventura County.
