Directors

H. Randall Kinsling graduated from Cleveland High School in June of 1962 and later attended University of the Seven Seas and Cal State Northridge where he earned a BS in Business Administration (Finance) in June of 1967. Immediately upon graduation, he went to work for the Aetna Insurance Company of Hartford, Connecticut, part of CIGNA Insurance Group, where he worked from June 1967 until March 1971 as an underwriter for property and casualty lines of business and then as an Underwriting Special Agent. In March of 1971, he left Aetna to work for INA Insurance Company until April 8, 1971 at which time he joined Tolman and Wiker Insurance (now known as TWIW Insurance, LLC). Since joining Tolman and Wiker Insurance, Mr. Kinsling became a partner in the firm in 1971 at the age of 27, managing the personal lines department, insurance company contracts, property marketing and placement of accounts for the firm.  Mr. Kinsling also acted as an insurance broker, dealing with Public Entities, all types of commercial clients and the entire spectrum of property and casualty insurance products. For the past ten years, Mr. Kinsling has acted as Executive Partner, overseeing and managing many of the business functions of the firm.  Mr. Kinsing retired from the firm January 1, 2010, completing his insurance career of 43 years.

During his business career, Mr. Kinsling has been an active participant in many real estate partnerships, the local ones being connected with Tolman and Wiker Insurance, namely Tolman and Wiker Properties and TWD Properties.

In 1983, Mr. Kinsling and a group of local county business people organized First National Bank of Ventura, whose name was later changed to Bank of Ventura. Mr. Kinsling was one of the founding Directors of the bank and served on the Board continuously from the start of the enterprise until its sale in September of 2000.  Subsequently he became one of the Founding Directors of County Commerce Bank in 2003.

Mr. Kinsling has been married to Susan Kinsling since 1982 and they have two adult children, Todd 26 and Page 23.  Mr. Kinsling has a passion for the hobbies of tennis, skiing and automobiles.
